Program Overview

Hooked on Rewards is the frequent diner program offered by Hooked on Sushi. If you are a member of the Hooked on Rewards, you will accumulate reward points whenever you dine at our restaurants and partners, and the points you accumulate can be used for dining dollars. As a VIP Rewards Program member, you will receive points on your meal and beverage purchase for dine-in and to-go orders (excluding tax & gratuity, not applicable for catering orders & gift card purchase).

Member Benefits
Be the first to get e-mails on discounts, coupons, offers and events. You won't be able to find our offers from any other companies. All Hooked on Sushi discount, coupons, offers and events are exclusively available through the VIP Rewards Program and or our social media networks.

Rules and Regulations
Member benefits are only offered to the register elite member only. Only the registered member is able to redeem awards and benefits. Point cards cannot be combined with any other discounts. Point cards cannot be redeemed with other bonus cards. Points are not transferable to another card. Points are not redeemable for cash. There is no cash value for the points. Customers are not able to receive bonus points on gift card purchases. Hooked on Sushi is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

$1.00 = 1 Reward Point (pre-tax value). Customers can redeem their rewards once they accrue 400 points ($20.00). Customers must redeem the full $20.00 at the time of purchase and their SUBTOTAL (pre-tax value) must exceed $20.00. On Tuesdays customers receive double points (pre-tax value). The loyalty program is linked with all Hooked on Sushi, Hooked on Poke locations. Meaning customers can redeem awards, use gift cards and get points from all Hooked on locations.

RULES

Customers cannot ask us to award points from a prior visit. All points must be added at the time of purchase.
We are unable to transfer points. Customers must contact us on info@hookedonsushi.com or info@hookedonpokesd.com for assistance. Our in-store staff are only able to add and redeem points.

DOORDASH AND CHOWNOW

At Hooked on Sushi, dine-in, phone/walk-in takeout order points are rewarded right away after entering all of the items on the order list. As long as the customer provides that information on the special instructions note, we will add the points. If they do not, we do not award points and we will not be able honor the request to add the points after the business day is over.

At Hooked on Sushi, Online & Doordash orders are rewarded manually, The person who is printing the order is required to input the points as we receive the order. As long as the customer provides that information on the special instructions note, we will add the points. If they do not, we do not award points and we will not honor the request to add the points after the business day is over.
